Meet Jordan
Growing up in a real estate family, I’ve had a passion for it ever since I can remember.
From the early years of accompanying my dad previewing houses, to working at my grandmother’s real estate brokerage as a teenager, I’ve been interested in every aspect of the business. I continued on to college and received a Bachelor of Science degree at West Virginia University while working in the hospitality industry. I knew that, with my combined familiarity with real estate and my experiences helping others, I would excel as a Realtor. I understand that this process is not to be taken lightly and that my clients deserve nothing less than full transparency and integrity.
My Personal Approach to Real Estate:
With such a large financial decision, I find it crucial to stay informed about the current market conditions and to build a relationship with my clients as a trusted advocate. There is no question or concern too small that I wouldn’t be happy to answer. I believe it is imperative that my clients can count on me to respond at any time of the day. At the end of a transaction, my clients should walk away over the moon, de-stressed, and fully-educated about their experience.
My Local Ties and Favorite Places
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and trying every new restaurant in Philadelphia. I love going to the Rittenhouse Farmers Market on Saturdays, concerts at Union Transfer, and walking along the Schuylkill River Trail and Kelly Drive.
Some of my favorite places to dine: Sally, Giorgio on Pine, The Good King Tavern, and Royal Izakaya. I also love to ride my bike and explore all Philly neighborhoods like East Passyunk, Fairmount, Bella Vista, Graduate Hospital, and Fishtown. Tell me yours!
Home Selling Tip
Decluttering before putting your home on the market is key! There are plenty of ways to make your home more appealing to buyers (fresh paint, staging, etc), but if your home is too cluttered it will be hard for people to see past that.
Home Buying Tip
Location matters! You are not only buying a house, you are investing in the neighborhood you're buying in. It is so important to choose a location that works for you and will also provide great resale value.
